Senior Photography Pittsburgh | Carrie Furnace Senior Pictures | Mia

I am really excited to share this session with you! Mia is a 2020 senior at West Allegheny High School. She requested an abandoned industrial look, so I thought Carrie Furnace would be perfect! Senior photography in Pittsburgh can have so many unique facets and I really loved this one. The orange rust and the blue chipping paint compliment and contrast so well and give Mia’s pictures a fun and even mysterious feel.

The abandoned industrial look also gives a little insight to Mia’s super artistic personality. She wants to be a fashion designer and study at the Fashion Institute of Technology and she loves to paint as well. Her clothing choices were so fun and chic and also contrasted well with the setting. Mia’s artistic flair showed itself in another way during her session too–the shot on the ladder was her idea and it turned out to be one of my favorite pictures from her session!
