Our fourth of July looked at little different for us this year.  There was a high chance of rain all day so we decided to take out the slip and slide and spend the day relaxing at home.  Even though it was raining off and on all day, we were able to squeeze in some time outside.   When the rain started, we went inside and cuddled up on the couch for a family movie night.   After the rain stopped later that evening, we rushed outside to light the sparklers.  It took them a long time to finally be okay holding one and when they finally did the rain started again.   We ended our night cuddled up in the back of our SUV while watching the Moon firework display.   Even though our 4th of July looked a little different this year, I am so thankful for all of the time that we got to spend together as a family!
